Franchise Business Review created the Franchisee Satisfaction Awards to pay tribute to companies that are “doing it right” — putting their franchisees first and focusing on what matter most.
Each year Franchise Business Review, the top independent market research firm in the franchise industry, recognizes the Top 50 franchise systems in the country — the most exclusive award in franchising!
All active franchisees from participating companies were invited to answer a survey conducted by Franchise Business Review, including questions that were specific to the franchisees’ satisfaction with their franchise system. Five areas were addressed: Training & Support, Franchise System, Franchisor Relationship, Financial Opportunity and Overall Satisfaction. The remaining 20 questions focused on market area, business lifestyle, demographic and personal skills questions.
